Crean wants out bad. And I don't blame him. The story is fans started chanting Tom Crean sucks at his SON'S basketball game a few weeks back. Now that's just beyond classless IMHO and I would get my family out of there too. If you look, there are very few major jobs open at the moment and Bama would probably pay the best. The others are like DePaul and George Mason and Nevada. I don't think they will pony up $2 million for a coach. I keep saying Crean doesn't excite me but if he can get us to the level he took Marquette and Indiana, I would be happy with him.

Alford never going back. He wanted the job when they shite canned Sampson, IU went with Crean. Chapped Alford and the relationship is fractured.

all they have to do is whisper sweet nothings into his ear and he will run back and all will be right in this world since he would be out of westwood

Crean would be terrible, Alabama. He's a whiny bitch, and likes to kiss his son on the mouth.

Just terrible.

ESPN basketball reporter Jeff Goodman just told al.com Alabama was not an attractive enough job to get a coach like Archie Miller, Shaka Smart, or the guy at Wichita State. Tried to tell you bammers that your basketball program sucked

You'd figure if a shitty arse program like Auburn, which is losing the series to Alabama 93-58, has only 8 tournament appearances( to Alabama's 20), 1 conference tournament championship (to Alabama's 6), 4 sweet 16's (to Alabama's 8), and 3 regular season championships (to Alabama's 7), could bring in a guy like Pearl, maybe Alabama could attract someone fairly decent.

Caught lightning in a bottle. Pearl wanted back in and Auburn was it

IU fan, what about the rumors of Billy Donovan coming up to Bloomington? Anything to it?
