Pearl has a losing record while at Auburn and he's in year 3.

Which shouldn't be surprising to anybody with half a brain given what he inherited. Pearl has some good wins while at Auburn though (brooming an irrelevant Bama this year doesn't count) and the program is on the rise. Auburn fans are not complaining at all about the trajectory of our program. So,what's your point?

Pearl will do well at AU.
Avery will be judged on next year. We have a very good class coming in so we shal see.

If that's when the grace period ends, cool. He will have two five star recruits at his disposal then so at the very least, his offenses should improve.

If tied for 4th is irrelevant, what is tied for 9th?

South Carolina 9-1 19-4
Florida 8-2 18-5
Kentucky 8-2 18-5
Arkansas 6-4 17-6
Alabama 6-4 13-9
Mississippi State 5-5 14-8
Ole Miss 5-5 14-9
Tennessee 5-5 13-10
Auburn 4-6 15-8
Georgia 4-6 13-10
Texas A&M 4-6 12-10
Vanderbilt 4-6 11-12
LSU 1-9 9-13
Missouri 1-9 6-16

Just as irrelevant as the 4 seed I suppose.

It shows that rankings at this point are useless. With regards to your comparison, the Instate is 3-0 for Auburn and 0-2 for UAT and 0-1 for UAB. That is not changing.

I wouldn't say we suck(though getting swept by Auburn this year suggests otherwise) but we have been terribly inconsistent. Most knew and expected this season to be a struggle, though they've played some of their best basketball a couple of games since his arrival. We should challenge for an NCAA spot next year. If we don't, I'll start having questions.

It'd be a much more impressive win any other night. Most teams would've beat south Carolina in regulation if they played like that though, just saying.

I'm glad yall won seriously, it helps our RPI since we swept dat arse.

And I mean it when I say impressive job by Avery coaching. He tried his damndest to give the game away and still won. That takes talent

This is weirdest, saltiest response to a team winning a game your team had nothing to do with after your team beat the team you are talking about twice that I have ever seen.

It hurts cause AJ will have twice as as many winning season with only 2/3 the attempts

true, but I'll take our future over a team that is barely above .500 historically like Agurn.

It's ok Bowl, you don't have to melt over Alabama getting a good win.

You beat us twice. You can sit there and smugly smile. I know that you guys aren't used to being the smug, arrogant, winning ones, but try it. I swear it's fun.
