Yeah, and I think it is also more about which team has the depth to hold up each year. The West is tougher (in that even the teams traditionally at the bottom) can challenge any team that comes in flat.

I personally think two losses is most likely for this year. I feel the same way about Auburn.

You are right it is the same ole, same ole, but the offseason seems to always bring up the same threads.

I feel like it is almost impossible for someone in the West to with confidence predict a 1 loss season (lunacy to predict a 0 loss season).

Perhaps you should get a dictionary and look up trending. Then check the records of these 4 teams recently.

Ole Miss will get a mudhole stomped in them in Tuscaloosa in a payback game. The toughest games will be at UGA and at AU.

LSU won't be easy but the Alabama D is tailor made to stop that offense.

You'll have a close game in Starkville but I know the role.

So Bama could trend down to 3 losses, while the other three could have better records then last year.....and still have more than 3 losses.

LSU

Has the talent to do it, but not the mentality. Will find a way to lose it if Alabama can't win it on their own.

Arkansas

No threat to Alabama, ever. Arkie ALWAYS lays down for Alabama, and always will. They are beaten before the game starts.

Ole Miss

Good luck getting lightning to strike twice.

UGA

Lost their QB and couldn't beat them when they had him.

How will Bama fans handle a potential 3-5 loss season?

Good point. No one player will be able to replace Cooper's impact, but I like having more options. Last year y'all kept Cooper from going bonkers and we really struggled to move the ball. Yeldon was a reliable back when healthy, but Kenyan Drake offers a potential for more explosive plays. I kind of like this year's group of Foster, Stewart and Drake with an improved Henry, Howard and OL.
