Probably the best approach.

I assure you I am quite learned in the downfalls of OM athletics. I appreciate your attempt at tutelage, however.

Hard to trend up when when you're the reigning conference champ.

We will be stronger across both lines and have more playmakers on both sides of the ball too. Need consistency from the QB position and we will be pretty good again.

I would think a 3 loss team would be considered "pretty good."

We could have lost 3 games every year. The SEC is a good league.

Generally, though, we don't.

You won't have Yeldon or Cooper. Quality > quantity.

Do you guys not get tired of making the same "sky is falling" because "X and X moved on to NFL" claims every year? Seriously, we are going on half a decade of this now. Takes some serious will and determination to continue saying the same stuff every year and be proven 100% wrong every year.

More power to you all.

The stubbornness to consistently make the same argument knowing that sometime, maybe this year, maybe in six years, it will come true..........that's some true focus. Gotta respect it.

Cooper is an elite talent - best Bama receiver since Julio Jones. Who on Alabama's roster is on his level?

And FWIW, the sky won't fall when Bama loses 3-4 in 2015.

Going into 2012 who on Alabama's roster did you think was at the level of Dre Kirkpatrick, Courtney Upshaw or Donta Hightower? What about Trent Richardson? What about the receiver position, there was no go to guy?

You can say now Moseley, Lacy and Cooper but you didn't know that then.

Every year there are a group of great players that leave and every year we have a new group step up in that area or another. Maybe this year nobody will, but people here have been saying for 6 hours "OH THIS IS THE YEAR IT FALLS APART" and it hasn't. So, we will see I guess.

Nobody. However, you are kind of making the other guy's point about Alabama being able to absorb losses to the draft the last few years. What happened the two years after Julio left?

Their focus and consistancy is unmatched, even an OCD bastard like Nick Saban would respect their diligence.

Honestly, it takes time, energy, and attention to detail that has to be admired - - they bring this shite year in and year out and they've done it for damn near a decade now.

I think a lot of things would have to go very wrong for that to happen.

Additional injuries at RB, lack of development of QB and collapse of the secondary would probably all have to happen for Alabama to lose to all those teams.

I do think it is reasonable to think they will lose two of those games.

I mean, it is totally possible we could go 9-3. I doubt 8-4, but also possible.

It's just hysterical to see the same people show up every April-July with the same proclamations and the same lingo only to disappear and then show back up after the next 12-2/13-1 season with the same ole same ole.
