This is the best gymnastics fight since the Chinese said that girl with the missing baby teeth was 13.

Bammers only care because football and women's gymnastics are the only two sports bammers are elite in historically

What sports is AU elite in historically? I'll hang up and listen.

When one side tries to claim 15 Football NCs, its foolish to think you are going to get a logical discussion with them. So if you take that argument off the table, they can think clearly.

Auburn has also won national championships in 4 different sports in the last decade.

That's cute. I'm pretty sure there is a school in the SEC that won National Championships in four different sports between 1/9/12 and 6/6/12. Now which one was it......

One sport where even a Bama student trainer claims you have been cheating since the 1920's and another sport

Yet which school has the second most major NCAA infractions to only SMU?

another sport where the vast majority of your success came when not one member of the public actually cared about the sport.

Wait...you are trying to discount gymnastics titles because "no one cares" but NOT discount swimming titles? That is AMAZING.
Let me know when you guys get 10,000+ for every swim meet.

It's actually 10-2
1961- AP & Coaches
1964- AP & Coaches

1973- Coaches
1978- AP
1979- AP & Coaches
1992- AP & Coaches

Exactly, I think 10 is the legit number, 9 had me confused.

I only included major poll titles in my post earlier.

I'm anxiously awaiting your well researched response.

Off the top of my head:

Mens
Football: 2 NC
Basketball: Final 8 Appearance
Track and Field: NCAA Runner-up
Swimming: Numerous NCs
Wrestling: Top 5 program, before being dropped by the SEC
Baseball: World Series participant

Woman
Bssketball_ 3 straight Final Four appearances
Track and Field: One National Championship
Swimming: Numerous NCs
Equestrian: One National Championship

I'm sure I am leaving something out.

Who was the dumbass bammer who said AU Athletic Program would be last in the league based on accomplishments ?

I said it would be among the worst if you were to exclude swimming. Bottom half, easily.

I would be right.

Now that LSU is a gymnastics school is it ok for me to laugh at Auburn over this?

Take away Football and Gymnastics, same could be said about Bama. At least in every AU sport, the participants are in a sport where their future careers are not behind them. Gymnastics and SEC Hockey both should be considered club sports. How many teams fielded Gymnastic Teams during most of Bama's Championships ?

You were the one who wanted to rewrite history. Football Championships are debatable (except with bammers), but your beating your chest over Gymnastics is funny as hell. At least in all the other sports you are not considered over the hill when you hit puberty. :rotflmao:
