I like that there's a violation that some teams will never be able to break. Like having trophies placed in incorrect areas.

When a rules violation involves the words:
"A coach exchanged pleasantries"
And the punishment is a letter of admonishment and a reduction of recruiting days...
We've gone too far. Someone, a committee needs to be formed to reduce the rulebook of nonsense.
I mean, what are we actually doing?

Most ridiculous part: “Prospects are ineligible until reinstated by NCAA.”
Because somebody moved a trophy.
Sorry for winning? I guess.

A recruit can sneeze and an Bama assistant can say "Bless You" and that would be considered "illegal contact" by the NCAA. Their so pathetic it doesnt make any sense.

Dead bodies?
Could someone make a flowchart?

quote:
The program had a trophy placed in an area where an official visit for a recruit would take place, making that an "impermissible recruiting decoration of that area."
I wonder when he shows off his NC rings to recruits if
this is a violation?

word is already out:
Bama has been cleared of all violations, nothing to see here. They'll owe the NCAA a banana and a cup of coffee at a date to be determined

Keep trying to spin all of your violations like NBD.

Ole Miss fans are furious that they cheat their asses off and they don't have a trophy to display

Bama fans are delusional and in denial right now. NCAA is going to hammer you for this.

You can't even get to Nick Saban's office without running into a national championship trophy.
Hell, the latest if right off the elevator to his office.
