To answer the "based on what" question now... BASED ON THAT! Dyer with less carries and more yards, no cam, young Oline, dyer is the clear winner of this argument. /thread

Yes dyer got the stats TODAY vs ballard..BUT wait til Cam leaves..he will just be average..Cam opens it up for Dyer.. nevermind that dyer's #'s last year came while splitting carries with omac, fanfumbles, And Cam

Just wait...and if he's still good after Cam leaves then just wait till Malzahn leaves...just wait

Seriously

And he got paid cuz that white kid had like 300 dollars in a pic on facebook

Seriously

I say Ballard tops him by 50 yards

Hmmmm...
Dyer 150 rush 0 pass - 150 yds total
Ballard 135 rush 64 pass - 199 yds total
Difference 49

2 great backs. Congrats to both.

Ballard is a workhorse, Thomas Jones type back, but with better receiving skills. He'll piss defenses off with a methodical 4 yards, 2 yards, 8 yards type production. He has the ability to hit the homerun, but not every game.

Dyer is more like a Maurice Jones-Drew sans the receiving ability. He's very compact in his build and shows good power AND has the ability to take it to the house often.

I was thinking of this one first, but the truck to me represented Grimes and his OL better ad the man-chick seemed like a really good coonass.

Aww shite, are you still using reverse psychology?

No, actually I was not. I just had a feeling Au would come out fired up and as gimmickry as Gus's offense can be at times it usually produces yardage for the RB. I thought Au's best chance was to pound the rock with Dyer and use a misdirection to get the play-makers out in space vs Msu.

I didn't really expect Au to win but I didn't expect Au to lose either, if that makes sense. It was Msu and they just haven't proved to me that they can go on the road and beat the Au's, Bama's, LSU's etc of the SEC. I do think Au loses to LSU, ARK and Bama but the rest(SEC games) are toss-ups. I think ya'll curb stomp clempson.
