I graduated a few years ago and played 3 sports.
We lifted in P.E regardless of WTF was going on and summer was dedicated solely to strength and conditioning for football.

Good for you, the state doesn't allow participants in athletics to participate in PE, instead these kids in Arkansas have to take other "electives" that end up being a college prep class in one form or another. It works I guess, as Arkansas has one of the highest rates of graduating seniors to attend college in the country, I read somewhere not to long ago.

Yeah i went to a really small school and we just used 8th period to lift on tuesdays and thursdays. The other days we would hit in the cage and stuff
