Because you try to run a play before the defense is ready. Gimmick offense.

So pretty much all of football is a gimmick. Glad Gus's O fits in with status quo

Agreed.

Glad the officials appear to be planning on fixing their mistake, nay, transgression against all that is right and holy with college football this year.

But see officials bending to the HUNH WAS the change.

Last year's abomination was Obama. We are returning to the status quo.

shite that means George W.

Damn, the whole thing is fricked.

this is such a lame excuse. Defensive coordinators have to get off their lazy asses and coach differently. Notice that Auburn has no problems at all being lined up and in position by the time the ref places the ball know matter how fast the offense tries to go. That includes substitutions.

Why do people continue to think Auburn runs a "gimmick" offense?
Because it's easier for them to make excuses than admit Auburn beat them fair and square. Nevermind lining up and running over people is same thing their coaches try to do.

I love how the talking point has now changed from player safety to the refs speed now.

It won't last. A majority like the HUNH and if the refs start dragging around and whining there will be backlash just like with Saban. The media and coaches will start pushing for them to get in shape or retire. If it comes to losing their jobs they will quit whining.

See LSU last year

Nick Marshall only knew 25% of the offense at that point in the season last year and still almost beat LSU. Buckle down LSU because Auburn is coming in dry this year. Auburn's one dimensional rushing offense almost won the NC last year, this year the opponents will have to defend NM and a running back rushing along with Duke and Coates on the edges. Good luck with that.

Damn dude...All you had to do was look up the definition before you spout out more shite you don't understand...

It can be used for either omission (standard "..." to show something was left out) or to build tension...

Which is what most people do here...

Build tension...

Cause it's funny to do...

Not to mention internet message board typing is well known to allow for grammatical and spelling errors...

shitty reading comprehension...well, that just shows a lack of intelligence...

Sounds like the DC should prepare his players better.
