People who have nothing to lose can't screw up.

If anyone squanders their opportunities, that's bad. That's it. You're being weird.

i'm always weird, so pfft that's nothing but i don't see why it more sad for him than joe bob down the street that gets into a fight and goes to jail. just me i suppose and that's fine.

It is not that it is ok, it's just no one on the SECr cares about people without talent. If this was Auburn's # 6 receiver, there wouldn't be a thread with 16 pages.

I'm surprised no-one brought this up. He got into a bar fight. However, there are no charges on him right now. So nobody would know about this if auburn didn't say anything. They could of swept it under the rug but since Duke has not been productive and has issues in the past they kicked him of the team. Got to love that auburn Famblie stuff. This will definitely hurt recruiting as Auburn now not only doesn't develop talent but kicks you out if you don't produce. There will be tons of recruiters mentioning this to auburn top recruits.

Shut up. You have no idea what's been going on behind the scenes or even this weekend. And as an Alabama fan, I would think you'd be the last ones here throwing stones. Your coach is the most well-known in the SEC for 'processing' players.

I'd be willing to bet that there's more to it than that, and I'm not even including past instances.

Either he's had several HUGE instances behind the scenes and gotten chance after chance and there's not much more to this than "the final straw." Or there's a lot more to this than just a run of the mill bar fight, which by all accounts isn't that rare for student athletes. The fact that there's no charges coming out lead me to believe the latter, but it could also just be dirty cops like we've seen before. I mean, DMac broke his toe in a bar fight and everyone's biggest worries were how it would affect his play. It's not uncommon.

That 40th recruiting rating about to get lower. I am really going to enjoy this auburn downfall. Mark my words you guys will turn on Gus toward the end of the year and when he starts of bad next year you will fire him mid season and make muschamp your interim head coach.

There was 20+ pages of shite on an Auburn RFR "cussing" at a supposed vet.

Worst, most incorrect post of the day by the most misinformed gump of the day.

Very simple, Duke should have gone pro last year. He's mad at himself and blaming the coaches and poisoned the locker room.

I think you got confused by that statement. If they wanted to keep him they could of not reported the incident. Like some people on here thinks they have done for over a year now. But hey if your not producing why keep him right.

Hey it was auburns coaching staff that told him to stay. You have no-one to blame but yourselves. I bet they put JJ as his roommate so he could help convince him to stay.

In this thread? To the Auburn coaches? On various websites?

JJ sucks. White is still learning. I believe Duke and Gus thought JJ was going to be legit and Duke would have an even better year than last year. I think of Matt Lienhart from USC situation. Except Duke is a rough character with an ego.

Reported in that Auburn made a statement that he had been dismissed because of a bar fight. I haven't seen that anywhere officially other than speculation.
