Now I don't think it will be that bad, something like 9-3, but it's definitely not going to be the peachy drive that that every lemming said all offseason.

People think I'm joking when I say I'd much rather play a Jeremy Johnson than Nick Marshall. Marshall in the option game is way tougher to play against that Johnson just being a pretty mobile pocket passer. LSU's secondary is loaded and we'll love the challenge of ol' Duke and the gang trying to score a lot.

I think the run game will be really good, but I wonder how it looks now with the new faces and not have to look for a Nick Marshall type athlete taking the ball. IMO, the defense won't be together by game three on the road. Muschamp is no miracle worker.

I think Auburn will be better in the second half of the season though.

I'm thinking more along the lines of Aub, Bama, LSU, State, Ole Miss, and Ark each winning their non-conference games, east division games, and at least 2 games in the west, while losing at least 2 games in the west. They all finish between 8-4 and 10-2.

Aggie loses to Arizona State and all west opponents, ending the season attempting to beat LSU at LSU in order to make a bowl game.

quote:

Two of those turnovers were fluke fumbles against Aggie without being touched. We kick the Aggies arse by 30 points last year without about 4 fluke plays, including those two fumbles. I can't wait for the Aggie game this year because I don't see a bunch of fluke plays bailing you out two years in a row

Tell me more about fluke plays in an auburn game?

So, are Auburn fans worried about the offense now or are you taking the "it's too soon to tell" approach?

Okay, I was way off in my predictions. MSU is a loss, not a win.
