If the clip ended with the coach shoving the player, nearly everyone here would be saying "WTF is that guy's problem??"...but because she reacted, suddenly she's the a-hole now?

There is plenty of "blame" to pass around. I think the coach should have tried to actively avoid her if he knew she didnt want to shake hands.
If you think for one second that this girl wasn't looking to create drama by not shaking hands then I don't know what to tell you. Her reaction after says all that needed to be said. Teammates were holding her back while she acted the fool.
