Wait, wait, wait... They buried the headline here but couldn't sneak it past me.
You are telling me there is a college softball player in a heterosexual relationship?

psssstttttt The coach was removed. There was no cover-up. Things weren't deleted so said coach could keep his job. Nothing was swept under the rug. University policy was followed. Again, said coach broke no laws or NCAA rules. He broke University policy.
C'mon dude, you know this doesn't fit tSECR's narrative they've created about Auburn. Bringing pesky facts to the table doesnt support that. We're dirty, 'member?

does no one remember the story a couple of weeks back where the lady on a plane took a picture of the mans texting to another person about criminal activity and she turned it over to the cops and they were arrested? Didn't appear to matter to the police how she got the info.

Unless you're talking about a different case then it wasn't illegal activity she took a photo of. It was the guy talking with someone else about what a tub of lard the lady was and how she was taking up a whole row of seats.

I have said about ten times it is absolutely legal to posses images of someone else's phone if they were reasonably obtained. It is a basic legal precedent. It's essentially why there is a market place for PI's in this country.

You can take pictures of anything you want on a plane.

I have been mislead
just as interesting. this involves a spouse.
ETA so it's illegal for a spouse to gather info off of a cell phone, but other people are allowed?

She took pictures over his shoulder of his personal conversation with another person and it was used as evidence against the two people. It don't matter if it was on a plane or even what the conversation was about. Fact is, it is not illegal for someone to screenshot things off your phone.

Peope on this board are so dumb. The coach resigned the very same day the woman told the players to delete the messages. What was she attempting to cover up?
The coach resigned March 30. The woman told the players to delete these texts on March 30.

Girl's sports, women's sports, Title IX sports.
Nothing but controversy when you mix that with male coaches and not all female coaches are clean either.
