I see UGA posters are still obsessing over Auburn's superiority

This is the most i've ever seen the board pile on Georgia. They're usually irrelevant.

Haven't read it yet, but Auburn is a little cult-y.

Take it from an Ag, they only call you a "cult" because they're frustrated that they don't have as strong of an alumni network as Auburn. It's a lame attempt to make you feel ashamed that Auburn grads stick together.

So what's the beef?

Guy wrote a piece on a UGA blog not like some dick went down pissed herbicide on school property and called into ESPN about doing it.

Y'all aren't like that Hail-bop comet cult are you?

Question for hog and bulldog fans,

are these essays what fans do on teams that can never play for championships?

When I read this, I think about all the national championships that Mark Richt has won at Georgia and then I remember why a UGA fan is writing about Auburn.

what do you mean circle the wagon? Does this include all the fans? I know a few who are nothing like what you just said.

Everyday AU is on Sports Center talking about the BCSNCG, it is a reminder to the UGA Fans how much their program has underachieved over the years.

yup.

College football fandom is essentially a cult,no matter what colors you sport.

I prefer to think it it as Great Houses, like on Game of Thrones. Massive, sprawling kingdoms with colors and traditions and songs and house words. And the most exciting stuff isn't necessarily the action on the field, but the politicking, drama, and potshots in the media during the offseason.
