Read the quote in context and it is harmless. You ask me about LT and I say he is like every other WR, You watch tape an prepare. Inferring that he is good but you have to approach it the same way. Beat writer struggling to make a living takes it out of context racks up a bunch of twit views to show his boss and life moves on. LT will likely light up Auburn, but that was likely before this misrepresentation of a quote same as the LF and the LSU game.

A coordinator may prepare his defense to attempt to account for a special player.
But a PLAYER must play according to his assigned responsibilities in said defense. Yeah, said defense may SUCK, but it would be even worse if players were individually free-lancing.
So what kind of special preparation is required to defend Treadwell outside of "play your defensive back position as well as you can and how you were coached"? Please do describe to us, in detail, all the extra special efforts a defender must take in order to defend Laquon Treadwell.
(Pssssst, before you embarrass yourself, I'll help you out... there IS nothing special they can do. They are either good enough or they're not. God I can't wait for the epic asskicking Auburn is about to receive. Hope it's a comparable score to our games earlier this season, not just being content with keeping them in the backfield like we did A&M.
