And who has eliminated Alabama in the SEC tournament two years in a row? Surely you're not this dumb.

Pretty sure I listed Auburn winning the conference tournament twice, but I guess if beating Alabama is so important, I'll list it for you snowflake.

Unlike you guys with softball and apparently this year baseball, we aren't going to pretend the sport just now exists because we finally became good at it.

No Auburn fan has argued that softball never existed. WTF are you talking about? Most Auburn fans I know acknowledged the 119 loss streak in gymnastics to Bama as a matter of fact. Your strong usage of hyperbole and anecdotal evidence to distort the facts makes me believe I'm wasting my time with you. Am I?

For all intents and purposes of this discussion, Auburn could've won the SEC tournament and never even played Bama. The distinction is necessary if you're going to compare the two programs the past three years.
Also, you said Auburn is number two in the state in softball( presumably behind Bama) even though Auburn has beaten Bama in the SEC Tournament two years in a row. What sense does that make?

Now that we have gotten to the point of measuring the better program based on when a specific coach arrived on the scene, this thread should really deliver.

That's exactly what you bama fans do. In football, you live off of the success of two coaches. You "claim" things from other coaches, but your bread and butter is from two coaches in your programs history.

Those 2 plus Stallings (another national champion) have been the head coach at Alabama for 42 of the last 60 years.

You act as if they were 2 of 17 coaches. Those 3 make up most of our modern history.

Saban : 10 years
Stallings : 7 years
Bryant : 25 years

Of course I'm using hyperbole and sarcasm. I would hope that's obvious. That's basically what these boards are all about. It's just fun to point out how quickly and dramatically the narrative among Auburn fans changes from year to year. You guys on the one hand like to ridicule Alabama fans for only caring about football while on the other hand ridiculing us for discussing/following our basketball, softball, gymnastics, etc teams. It's just amusing now with Auburn fan's new found interest in softball, basketball, baseball, and gymnastics

Reckon they'd be happier if we Bammer's lived off the lack of success of those 18 years out of that 60 yr history?
