Virgin nuns have been darning Gus a new sweater vest of yarns made from Pat Dye's chest pubes. Weep, bitch.

It's by far the best depth situation AU has had in probably 15 years. One position of concern is Saftey depth. I think it's fairly certain that AU will present a solid running game, defense, and great special teams which should win you 7 games by themselves. I'm very confident with Stidham and comfortable with White if needed. This season's success will come down to Gus keeping his hands off the offense. If he does that then I think AU is 10 win or plus team. He keeps his hands on the offense and AU is going 8-5 again.

At least Malzahn has a season with fewer than 5 losses. Kirby Smart can't say the same thing.

Well, its basically the same defense that held UGA to zero offensive touchdowns last year in Athens with a better offense. Or a better QB as far as we know

But, to answer your original question, I can not sell you on our team yet. Im just in a holding pattern

The offense will need to be improved to beat UGA, considering you had 164 yards total offense vs us

Totally agree. But we were missing a few key players against you guys. Like our starting QB and RB.

Thanks for a serious question and not a troll. Rhino's answer covered it pretty well.

Most UGA fans will give you good, honest answers about our team.

This is probably more important than anything else you listed. OL play is what wins and loses games in this league.

Is there a returning tandem that was statistically better than Auburn's returning tandem?

I realize you are trolling, but he was injured. Didn't play the rest of the season competitively expect leading an opening TD drive against Oklahoma then he broke is arm.

In the end, he really wasn't that great a QB. Loosing the RB against Vandy was the real issue. If you watched the game you know.

I watched the game. All teams have injuries. I took shite for UGAs season one year and we lost our top 3 running backs and top 3 WRs during a stretch of the year.

You lost because your OL got owned and in the end you couldn't stop Chubb when it mattered. Your rb and QB didn't cause you to give up a 13 and a 14 play drive in the second half.

I expect AU to be improved somewhat on offense. Not sure why AU fans wouldn't expect the same from UGA in our second year under a new coach with a maturing QB and influx of actual talent on the OL. Should be another classic game where we win like we have 80% of the time for a decade.
