I've been thinking that AU will bite one of the contenders this year.

According to Ole Miss fans, they already have.

It's reasonable I suppose, but I don't see A&M scoring 49 points. AU will get pressure on Manziel throughout the game. AU's dline is always fresh.

And we have the GOAT at QB who is good at escaping pressure, and a dominant offensive line. If you don't see us scoring 49, how many do you see us scoring? 45? Surely not 42 like Bama. Your defense isn't as good as Alabama's.

Oh, so I guess it doesn't happen? A&M at Bama last year?

Just stfu. Your opinion is just that.

The D matches up better than Bama against A&M's style of play. AU leads the conference in tackles for loss. Manziel will have pressure behind the LOS.

Best defense against Manziel is keeping him off the field.

I think Gus will slow things down and try to run clock. I wouldn't be overly surprised if the game is lower scoring than predicted.

We're going to keep this game way closer than the spread indicates. Might actually win if we don't turn the ball over.

I don't really think there is any question Auburn is the better overall team right now.

AU 44, TAMU 38

Lol. You are forgetting that this will be the best offensive line y'all have faced all season, right? By a wiiiiiiide margin.

OM ran for 125 yards and Wallace passed for 340 on Auburn. I expect Manziel to light AU's Defense up.

Only part of the story.

Yards =/= points. EJ has shown a willingness to give up the middle of the field and buckle down near the endzones.

The difference....A&M runs how many OL out there? Auburn consistently runs 8-9 DL in and out of the game. Who do you think will be the freshest in the fourth quarter?

Plus, you played OM after Bama had put a beat down on them the week before. We shall see.

Without that safety and ensuing TD (because of the safety), if Ole Miss kicks field goals (like against AU), and Treadwell doesn't throw it right to you, the game is incredibly close.

Lol. A&M in the 4th quarter won't be inhibited by it's offensive line's conditioning. If you really think that, you're grasping at straws. It's precious, really.

And A&M leads the nation in red zone TDs.

OM put up 464 yards on AU's Defense. They got shutout and held to 205 yards, 46 rushing, against Bama. No, AU's Defense isn't nearly as good as Bama's.
