But later you referenced last row.

1st row, last row, 30th row, it doesn't matter. They're closer at Kyle no matter how many little laughing faces you put.

Tiger is great. I've never disputed that but don't dodge and duck when you get called in a lie/mistake. Then try to play it off as me being a homer.

Jordan Hare is okay. Not great, but the atmosphere helps against the stadium's deficiencies.

Neyland is horrible, and Knoxville is a stain on the state of Tennessee.

You seem to want to exclude any part of the stadium that doesn't fit your premise. And the end zone seats at Kyle Field are clearly farther away than the vast majority of seats in Tiger Stadium.

And you still aren't explaining away what anyone can see with their eyes, namely that the sideline seats at Tiger Stadium are steeper, and thus more vertical that those at Kyle Field.

So, yeah, you're ducking and dodging with the "best" of them.

Only a homer would take your position and hold on to despite all evidence to the contrary.

You remind me of someone else...

Wrong.

Tiger Stadium is very steep...especially the sidelines and upper decks. I've been to Kyle...I've sat in the visitors section on the first level that was practically 20 yards from the back of the endzone and in that endzone upper deck which i felt like I was watching the game from Blue Bell Park... it's NOWHERE near as steep as Tiger Stadium...TS is built more vertical...Kyle isn't. Look at the photos...those three decks at Kyle jet out far from the field. This isn't rocket science.

Were talking about 2015. Those seats you sat in no longer exist.

The tiered decks make the seats closer on average. Tigers steepness does not make up the difference.

UGA's stadium is acknowledged as not loud, but is considered beautiful? It's pretty atheistically ugly, really. UGA should be ranked high for gameday experience and it's a decent enough and pretty large stadium, but I just don't get this.

I've been to Sanford many times, nothing really special about it at all except some stupid bushes. Holds a good bit like the other big SEC stadiums but I wouldn't rank it in front of LSU/UF/UT/Bama/AU/A&M.

That wasn't true even before they lowered the field at Kyle seven feet and relocated of the field eighteen feet to the south, so as to allow an additional six rows of seating around the stadium.

So it's doubly not true now.

These are the dimensions of Tiger Stadium:

Field Elevation: ~25'
Top of Upper Deck Elevation: ~170'
Top of Bowl Elevation: ~105'
Top of Scoreboard to top of scoreboard: ~765'
Upper Deck to Upper Deck: ~765'

Why don't you settle this by giving us the Kyle Field dimensions AFTER the renovations. I could do, but I want you to have the honors.

So it will sink in better.

Dimensions of Tiger Stadium

There might be a similar thread on TexAgs FYI...

He don't want no part of me.

I just want to see his concession post. I told him he could have avoided all this by looking it up before he questioned my accuracy, but no.

Kyle
Length ~858
Width ~684

Tiger
Length ~768
Width ~813

So the fatherest part of the north end of Kyle is likely farther than any at Tiger. However with the majority of seating on the sideline the avergae seat at Kyle is much closer. Case closed.

EDIT:

After a 2nd look I realize I was looking at Tiger pre reno. Once complete I estimate(rough) the length of Tiger to be the same as Kyle. The seats on the south end of Tiger will be farther than the seat on the North at Kyle.

I think A&M fans are forgetting that LSU fans dance circles around them in tailgating, partying, and overall gameday atmosphere.

We will always be drunker and partying harder than those ROTC nerds, ugly women, and Lassie.

Get over it.

And our stadium is better.

I'll give you tailgating based on reputation, but gameday atmosphere is debatable.

You should get a job that doesn't require estimating than. Otherwise you'd starve.

That facts are, that you could fit Tiger Stadium within Kyle Field and have room to spare all the way around. With about 20 feet on the sidelines, and 25 feet in the end zones.

Your fellow Aggies have been bragging about how big Kyle Field's "footprint" will be, and that's an indication. Also, those tiered seating stands, since they overlap, they have to have at least one story of space between them. There's actually more than that on one of the tiers.

Tiger Stadium wins this 'pissing match" in all respects.

Every ticket was long sold, attendance was announced at 92,980. But in actuality, there were only about 78,000 fans in the stands, according to Athletic Director Joe Alleva. The atmosphere, not at all aided by Florida’s sleep-inducing offense, made for one of the most tepid big-game atmospheres in Tiger Stadium in a long time.
