Well, Orgeron is 0-7 lifetime against Alabama, so that's who I would hire if I was LSU.

Any Louisiana recruit that Arkansas gets wasn't a high target on LSU's board. Yall ain't doing dick in recruiting.

Nice get with Brandon Martin though.

Kiffin - I require head coaches to have the ability to speak English.

Orgeron. Every decision he's made so far have been good. He's a good recruiter. The players love him. Kiffin left two prestigous programs in a shite bed of violations. The only reason he has looked so good at Bama is because Saban kept his cock in his throat.

I have to assume you're asking from an Arkansas perspective. I'd also have to put CBB in the mix as well.

Also, what are your goals here? Is it to win an SEC Championship? or stay with 8-9 wins most seasons while occasionally winning 10?

If it's to go all out, I might roll the dice and choose Kiffin. I think the guy has learned something though I cannot understand the Joey Freshwater thing. That still kinda bothers me a bit about him assuming it's true. I think CEO can get LSU back to an SEC Championship but probably not at Arkansas. I think that would take a Kiffin-like hire.

If it's to stay competitive and maybe get an SEC Championship when CNS retires, I think I'd keep CBB there.

The only recruits that Beliema will ever get in La. are the ones that LSU (and a few other smaller schools there) and maybe Alabama turn down. Slim pickings. Arkansas has never recruited well. Not even coaches really.

Personally, I was underwhelmed with the LSU HC search and decision to permanently hire Ed Orgeron. I thought he was underqualified just like many LSU fans.

All fan bases (including LSU) on the Rant spew his 10-25 record at Ole Miss. I agree, it was a terrible start to his HC career compiling this horrific 3 year record. I don't agree with defining CEO by what took place over 10 years ago. Arguably the best coach in college football today Nick Saban's record his first 3 years as HC at Michigan St was 19-16. Years later, his 2 year record at the Miami Dolphins was 15-17.

Clearly, Saban is a better HC today than he was in the 90's and early 2000's. His average record at Michigan St & below average record at Miami doesn't define him as a coach. CEO is 11-4 as Interim HC, so let's see how he does. Stop being short sighted and defining him by his record at Ole Miss.

When Orgeron is more successful than Miles and Kiffin gets fired from FAU, the SECr will still say Kiffin.

At FAU, Kiffin.

Honestly, Orgeron. And without reservation. It's not that O was the best guy available, but that I have zero confidence in Lane as a HC and as a leader and molder of young men, along with a ton of character concerns.
