Every person on the Spirit who claims knowledge of the tape also claims different schools involved.
So far, I've counted claims against MSU, Bama, LSU, and Georgia. Seems like everybody who listened to the tape heard something different

It's the OM Scout site, and birthplace of The Tape. It's one of the largest base of subscribers on the network if I'm not mistaken. Lots of KoolAid gets passed around over there

SpiritChuck (OMs Scout leader) goes on record and tells the public that he has heard the tape and that Leo's mother names names and dollar amounts.
As it appears no new LOA are coming, I'm sure the NCAA has heard these and knows the amounts involved and how they known about.

Been waiting to use these emojis, I'll just stash them somewhere deep within this thread.

Before everyone gets bent out of shape what they have to prove let me help u out. fricking nothing to any legal standard. It is arbritary as shite. Look at the congressional testimony I posted on here years ago. It is not a legal proceeding, despite all the lawyers, u have no legal rights beyond what constitutional rights u have. They can find u quilty and they will at the hearing if it is all probably true whatever the hell that means to them. (They don't actually define it or didn't last time I checked that meant shite) its like going to the principals office when the teacher said she saw u do something. She could be totally mistaken but if she says it u r fricked.
Hence, this will never go to the hearing.

What's funny about TapeGate is that the $ isn't a nail in the OM coffin.
Read Allegation #4. OM is screwed because a Staff Member set up meeting between 2 boosters and a recruit. The $ is barely defined and meaningless to the allegation

At this point the 0le Mi$$ fan$ want as many other teams to burn from the fore$t fire happening in Oxford.
Not gonna happen. The "other" programs aren't backlipping the NCAA and daring them to show proof.

You do not have any Constitutional rights in front of the NCAA since the NCAA is not a government body. It is an organization that schools are voluntarily a member of.

This NCAA violates constitutional rights garbage that always comes up when a school gets popped for cheating reminds me of when a person starts bitching about freedom of speech b/c they got fired for saying something completely inappropriate on their Facebook account that happens to be linked to all of their work associates.

Totally different. The ncaa can be quite unfair and use measures of proof that are unconstitutional and they collect evidence in ways that would get any agency that employed those methods to be drug in front of a judge themselves. I like your analogy though.

well that actually did happen in the Miami case.
the lawyer they were paying to question shapiro got disbarred i think. Honestly should have led to Mark Emmert being fired for his own lack of cartel control. would bet some guys in the NCAA office were fired over their handling of the situation...just not good 'ol Mark.

There are some constitutional rights u just have regardless of whether u are dealing with a state actor. (Dormant commerce clause etc until the conservative court does away with that.)The application of due process rights within the NCAA is a sticky point.

Ole miss folks think they are above the law. Hence the reason why many of their filthy rich lawyer grads have spent time on the prison
Posted on 3/3/17 at 6:58 am to countryboy2
this could be said about any law school grad around the country dude. Seems like every week I am hearing of some lawyer in jail being arrested, indicted or found guilty.
