You make good points but you won't convince anyone on here. UF may play ugly but they win. They played both LSU and A&M better than Bama did. UFs defense gives them an opportunity to beat any team.

Florida is a good tea, this year and are very much on the right track. That said, A&M would be favored against Florida if the game were going to be played this weekend.
As for the assertion that Bama hasn't "earned" their ranking, I would submit back to you that when you win 2 of 3 BCSNCs and go 58-7 over 4+ seasons, you tend to get the benefit of the doubt.
