What lesson? Guns kill things? Do we need to shoot a deer to learn this?

Anthony Jennings just killed one from 352 yards with only his stare.

Who thinks TreyAnastasio will actually address whether he eats meat and whether his thoughts regarding hunting jive with his thoughts regarding industrial animal slaughtering?
I bet the cognitive dissonance is eating him up.
edit: btw my guess is that he won't address it

I can tell right off you are pretty set in your beliefs (or trolling) so I don't expect any sort acknowledgement of opposing views, but what the hell.
Respect and understanding of nature, and no that is not to say everyone that hunts learns these lessons. However, I've learned in my life that a much larger proportion of people that grew up hunting and around the outdoors learns to respect nature more so than those that do not.
:inb4hurrdurryoukilltoloveandrespect?:
So do knives, cars, chemicals, natural phenomenon, and specifically anything used by humans. You even stated yourself previously if he stalked, hunted it down, and broke it's neck than you would respect him. That's actually pretty hypocritical considering your "defenseless animal" lines.
ETA: This is all under the assumption that everything is used from animal that is killed, everything. I despise people that kill and let rot.

If the animal harvested is eaten then what is your problem. I can see bring mad if the animal is just killed and left to rot.

I don't expect to bring any sort of "enlightenment" or shite like that to you from a message board. But as I said there is a difference from killing and harvesting everything and killing to kill. I'll just stop there because I don't see any sort of opposing view acknowledgement here, which is sad because I love Phish too.

That's why you prefer Hebrew National kosher hot dogs.

And use this grill (I'm sure it's just for grilled corn)

You eat meat from animals that are raised in captivity and slaughtered in factories, and you're telling people it's wrong to hunt wild animals.
I'm not even a hunter.
