I understand Missouri and LSU, but why Kentucky?

I'm sure everyone would like to have us on campus from a revenue standpoint. We also help everyone's marketing department come up with great tee-shirt and theme nights!

Can't wait to stomp your dicks 2/28/15. See ya piglets.

If, and it is a big IF at this point because we aren't there yet, Arkansas returns to the level of prominence we had in Nolan's glory days then a Kentucky vs Arkansas rivalry would be huge for the SEC.

I understand you can't wait. You've had to wait a pretty long time. Is it a 3 or 4 game losing streak to the Hogs?

You don't know your SEC history. Vandy, UT and Kentucky have traditionally been the biggest rival games in SEC basketball. Florida has recently changed that equation with their back to back National Titles. But geographically that will not last and the old order will return.

Maybe if you go waaaay back. Arkansas vs. KY in the 90s was huge on a national scale not just in the conference. Superbowl Sunday games and all.
KY/Florida has been the best rivalry since Donovan got things rolling though.
UT/Vandy is an in-state rival but nothing that moves the meter outside of Tennessee.

I'd prefer it if Ole Miss could just play you guys at Bud Walton twice every year.

So you were good. That one time.

I'll take two games against Florida and Tennessee instead. Thanks.

Wouldnt mind a Arky Lsu rivalry. Especially since we are the 2 fastest teams in the conference the games probably would be fun too watch.

I agree, but I think UF is here to stay. UT, UK, and Vandy have always been fun games to watch and were especially big in the now defunct East.

With Ben Simmons and Antonio Blakeney coming to LSU, I'd love to see LSU play both Arkansas and Kentucky twice.

Things would get interesting if Billy leaves. As long as he is at UF, UF will be in the mix. Losing 4 starters is going to hurt everyone.

Kentucky/South Carolina

Ark/Mizzou

A&M/LSU

Ole Miss/State

Tennessee/Vandy

Auburn/Alabama

Florida/Georgia

Everyone should play the pair above and below them every year. Rotate the rest.
