Leonard Fournette says Nick Chubb is better than he is. When asked why: "Watch the highlights."

This has been my stance. Chubb was better last year for sure. It will be fun to see the results after three years.
ETA - Fournette is a humble guy for sure.

No thanks. Chubb was better last year.
Either one can finish 2015 with better numbers. Both are extremely talented.

LSU fans never said Fournette was better in 2014. We say that Fournette has the potential and is very likely to be better in 2015.

Chubb was better. Also had a better situation with a QB. Both will end up being great RBs at their schools. I look forward to watching Chubb too. I like UGA a lot actually.

We are talking about the best college running back. Anybody can say someone has "potential". Hell, why can't I say that Chubb doesn't have more potential than Fournette? He was a freshman last year as well.

There's a belief among some lsu fans that Fournette is a superior athlete, thus he has more potential.
These people aren't aware of Chubb's weight room numbers or 100m time. They never bothered to look that up. Fournette was/is supposed to be the savior, and his measurable are absurd, no arguing that. It's just hard for them to wrap their heads around the fact that Chubb is just as strong and just as fast
