hentry wasn't the reason CU lost, special teams was and a few bombs by the qb to the TE.
clemson typically does a good job on running backs, especially the big and slower ones.
CU shut down FSU's RB outside of one big TD run on the 2nd snap of the game and he's a lot better and quicker than big boy at LSU.

I would give the nod to LSU considering how easy it is to win the sub-conferences compared to the SEC.

y'll always say SEC is better but there is no proof of that, SEC rarely plays good games out of conference.
look at the bowl results two years ago for the SEC west teams that were we were told were like the best ever. u got embarrasse din a lot of those.
losing to Bama every season isnt proof LSU is better than Clemson and other top ACC programs.

we recruit better than most of those programs already, if we went to SEC, get even more recruits due to SEC bias and hype

Some Recent Facts
The SEC is 10-1 in National title games verses other conferences since the turn of the century. The one loss was a team from the SEC using a DB as a QB against a team that literally has every starter from that game playing in the NFL today. FSU was so poorly battle tested by the ACC that they needed some considerable breaks to go their way to win the game despite the clear talent advantage they possessed.

Sure, one random "Cajun" guy cooked some sausage outside the baseball stadium, that spurred naming a stadium concessionary "Cajun's Corner." Makes sense. I guess that's more reasonable than making the assumption Clemson is trying to glom off of a tradition identified with one particular state, Louisiana.
So if an Eskimo guy grills salmon outside of Alex Box, maybe we should name a concession stand "Igloo Island."

title game isn't measuring conference toughness as a whole.
if SEC was as competitive as claimed, Saban wouldn't have woni t so much both at LSU and bama. auburn only won it a couple o years ago due to a fluke special teams play at the end.
Urban Meyer accounts for another 2 titles for the SEC. its really about those two coaches, not the SEC.

Well while Clemson was winning ACC titles and playing in Orange bowls, recording 10 and 11 win seasons they were also losing to USC 5 consecutive years and USC during that time span has zero BUS bowls or SEC championships to show.
