I wouldn't be surprised with anything between 10-2 and 12-0.

12-0 would surprise me a lot. That's really hard to do in the SEC. Even Bama can't pull that off most years. IMO 9-3 is more likely than 12-0, although I would be disappointed with that. I think I n terms of likelihood, 10-2 > 11-1 > 9-3 > 12-0 > 8-4 or less.

Vs Louisiana Tech: W
A decent Louisiana Tech team that we will simply outclass. Not playing in little rock so no chance of a "wtf" upset.

@TCU: L
Hogs defense can't hang with what should be one of the best offenses in the country again. Not a blow out loss but TCU should be the clear better team.

Vs Texas State: W
At best the 7th best team in Texas. Will be an arse whooping from the first quarter.

"Neutral Site" vs Texas A&M: W
Hogs finally don't choke it away.

Vs Alcorn State (Little Rock): W
AD gaurenteed us one last dub in the Rock. If we lose I will literally cry tears that will flow from Markham to the Arkansas River.

Vs Alabama: L
I'm not delusional. It takes a miracle to beat Bama with Saban unless they turnover the football and just hand the win on a silver platter to you.

Vs Ole Miss: W
Ole Miss loses a lot and the offense should be gelled enough to hang 40 on the Rebs again and piss off Oxford.

@ Auburn: W
Gus is still a shitty coach and I don't see the QB woes going anywhere.

Vs Florida: W
This one is very much a toss up. If our offense can't score points we might drop a 9-6 grinder but if we're competent we should hang 24 and call it a wrap.

Vs LSU: L
I think LSU is headed to the Natty next year and while I don't count us out because rivalry games are always toss ups I think LSU will just be too much next year

@Mississippi State: W
No Dak=No Dub for the Bulldogs

@Mizzou: W
The shite show in Columbia continues and the Hogs go out with another dub.

This is all assuming our offense gels as nicely as I expect it to. All of our backup QBs were highly recruited 4*s and they'll be throwing to one of the better receiving corps in the SEC plus sprinkle and a bunch of very talented, young TEs. RB will be interesting and I think we will see a more traditional Bert RB system with probably 3 RBs rotating regularly next season. defense will improve but only to middle of the pack at best.

9-3 is what I predict but 7-5 is very reasonable as Florida, Ole Miss, and A&M are very much tossups (we won't lose all 3 tho). I don't see us winning less than 6 unless our QBs take a nose dive.

In reality ole miss is returning 24 starts on the Oline. Might be one or two more but, I don't think so. I believe the four Srs started the sugar bowl.

Do your homework. Only three will be missed and hard to replace. Tunsil, even though Greg Little should fill in nicely. Treadwell, can't replace, but Stringfellow will fill in and ease the transition. Lodge will be a two year starter and move on the NFL after 2017. Hilton will be our biggest loss on defense. The others on OL are not a big loss and we will be deeper. Our two best RB come back. Our receiving core including TE will be deeper. Speaks played better that Big Nkimdechee most if the season and also have Gross coming back after missing Season with injury. We will be fine

What the rebs are losing on "D" is four out of it's top five tacklers.

ward actually only started three regular season games so I don't think anybody would classify him as a lost starter.

wasn't still something like a three year starter at center?

morris and patterson started a few games together.

bell was the SR with the fewest regular season starts (4). taylor started two, one in first seven and one in last five.

rebs do return some experience along Oline. Five players with multi starts to their credit. Where are the experience backups?

12-0 means we beat the teams we were supposed to and beat 1 team that's better than us. That's not that surprising. Just like losing to 1 or 2 teams on our schedule wouldn't be surprising. Losing 3 games however is 100% unacceptable and would likely mean that we lost to Bama, UF, and UGA/A&M and fail to win the East. 3 out of 4 of those teams we will be favored against. Going 9-3 would be surprising, and not in the good way.

Oline will be deeper???

Really???

Ole Miss is losing five linemen that were multi year starters. rebs are losing about 155 career starts on Oline and are returning about 25 career starts.

They are going from five VERY experienced starters and a couple of backups with limited starting experience. To five guys with limited starting experience(most any one has is seven games) and backups have very little PT after them.

You think they will be deeper there????

OK

How do you define returning starter?

Those THREE Olinemen you named had a combined total of 13 starts in '15.

gross didn't start a single game in '15.

Of the players you listed I count eight returning starters from the '15 team for ole miss.

I really don't know what to expect right now. That's not a bad thing, but I just don't know, so this is major guessing.

vs Louisiana Tech - W

@TCU - L - I'm not all sold on TCU, but we probably won't be ready yet. However, if we gel quickly and our defense can hold them, then our offense could pound out a win.

vs Texas State - W

vs Texas A&M - W - I actually consider this a tossup, but we have to get over the hump sometime. A&M is one of 3 SEC teams Bert can't seem to beat, but unless Chavis has A&M's defense clicking on all cylinders, I think we have a shot.

vs Alcorn State - W

vs Alabama - L - Another team Bert can't seem to beat, but he has played them well. With this being at home, I think we have a real shot, but how can anyone predict a win against Alabama right now? Mostly likely our OL won't quite be ready for Bama's mammoth DL.

vs Ole Miss - L - Chad Kelley and Ole Miss will be looking for revenge. That experience at QB may just be too much to overcome.

@Auburn - W - Not real sure what to expect out of Auburn next year, so a W until I find reason to think otherwise.

vs Florida - W - Unless Florida finds it's next Grier, I see Arkansas getting it's first SEC win against the Gators.

vs LSU - W17 - I'm tempted to say LSU will want revenge and win, but then I remember that they don't care enough.

@MSU - W - The final team that Bert can't beat will finally go down at home. Our defense struggles against mobile QBs that can throw the ball, but Dak is gone.

@Missouri - W - Who knows what Missouri will look like next year? I'm gonna predict a win until given reason to think otherwise.

We finish 9-3 in the regular season and continue to better our record from the year before.

Georgia - Not convinced Kirby Smart will have this team primed for a run in his first season. Without an established quarterback and in Oxford, I think the Rebs get this one. W

No need to list every game. Vandy's entire season comes down to the offseason of Kyle Shurmur at QB. Should be better on defense than last season with so many returners & hopefully an offense that is just bad and not god awful. Special Teams literally could not be worse & VU is signing a punter in Sam Loy who should start day 1 allowing Openshaw to focus on other duties.

Very good RB in Webb returning, OL gets back both starting OTs from injury with one guy (Jelks) who could play in the NFL. WR corps gets Duncan back who was really the only decent WR on the team in 2013. There's lots of reasons to be optimistic but team is going to have to prove it on the field.

Tremendous amount riding on the opening game of Boom's tenure in Nashville. With that psycho at the helm and what South Carolina returns on the roster if you can't beat them then your never going to beat them.

Auburn needs to beat UGA for Gus to keep his job IMO. It won't be easy in Athens, but I don't see UGa being a good team next year. W

This is almost as funny as the Ole Miss guy.

I really hope there is a major emphasis on developing Harris this off season.

Is there any talk of a serious challenge to him?

That might speed up his progress.
