Rather than going with win-loss record, I'll just throw out the storylines and facts behind each game:
UCLA: Historically, west coast teams do not do well playing in the central and eastern time zones. It remains to be seen how much help Mazzone is on offense.
Prarie View A&M: This team is bad even by FCS standards
at Auburn: The road team has won every game in this series
Arkansas: Arkansas is 0-4 vs. A&M since A&M joined the SEC. Just like the LSU streak, it has to end eventually
at South Carolina: Kevin Sumlin is winless against Will Muschamp teams.
Tennessee: Has not won a game vs. an SEC West opponent since 2010
at Alabama: No, just no
New Mexico State: One of the worst teams in FBS
at Mississippi State: Bulldogs lost a lot from this year's team, including Prescott. Even so, Mississippi State has not allowed fewer than 30 points to A&M in SEC play.
Ole Miss: If things go according to how many think they will, this game won't matter because Sumlin will have already been fired
UTSA: New coach, same result
LSU: Possibly Sumlin's final game at Kyle Field. Just like Arkansas, the LSU streak has to end sometime.

Appalachian State-This game makes me nervous, Appy State always has a talented team. They'll be highly motivated for this game. We all remember what happened when they played Michigan. First game of the season so we'll likely come out rusty. I think it's a game for the first half and we pull away in the second.
Win 1-0
Virginia Tech(at Bristol)-Biggest crowd in college football history. Both teams will be fired up. Virginia Tech will be breaking in a new coach. I won't be surprised if this is a really good game but I think Tennessee is just too talented. Win 2-0
Ohio-The Bobcats are one of the better teams in the MAC, but Tennessee shouldn't have much trouble in this one.
Win 3-0
Florida-As a Tennessee fan, I hate this damn game. It's the one game of the season I can't get excited about. For the 3rd straight season we should have the better team but after last season I told myself I won't pick us to beat Florida until we actually do.
Loss 3-1(0-1)
@ Georgia-This is always one of the best and closest Tennessee games each year, no matter how good or bad each team is doing. It never fails to entertain. Georgia will have a new coach, new QB, losing some talent on defense. Tennessee wins.
Win 4-1(1-1)
@ Texas A&M-First SEC game between these 2 teams. The Aggies always start strong but finish bad. Can they put together a complete season? They'll be losing a lot to the NFL and transfers.
Win 5-1(2-1)
Alabama-This game in 2015 was the first Tennessee-Bama game in a long time that felt like this rivalry used to. I still think Alabama is still a wee bit too talented for us to knock them off.
Loss 5-2(2-2)
@ South Carolina-Another game that seems to always be close no matter what. But South Carolina doesn't have enough talent yet to win.
Win 6-2(3-2)
Tennessee Tech-Good game to get the starters some rest.
Win 7-2(3-2)
Kentucky-This shouldn't be much of a game to be perfectly honest.
Win 8-2(4-2)
Missouri-If Missouri doesn't fix their offense I don't really see them getting back to the Missouri of 2013&2014.
Win 9-2(5-2)
@ Vanderbilt-Easy win.
Win 10-2(6-2)
Win 1-0

Sep. 3 @ Wisconsin - W, the reason they have been good now works for us
Sep. 10 Jacksonville State - W
Sep. 17 Mississippi State - W, no Dak and at home early in the year
Sep. 24 @ Auburn - W, Their offense always worries me, and they started to look better at the end of last year. Formidable opponent, luckily we get them early in the year and we match up well with them.
Oct. 1 Missouri - W, until they prove they have anything on offense I won't believe it.
Oct. 8 @ Florida - W, Starter at QB will either be Treon Harris or a true freshman, losing alot of their best defensive guys
Oct. 15 Southern Miss - W
Oct. 22 Ole Miss - L, idk why but I just feel like we will drop at least one and it will probably be to the team with by far the best QB.
Oct. 29 --- Open Date --- ---
Nov. 5 Bama - W, Team is not gonna let this one get away from them. Too much at steak, at home in front of a wild crowd, meanwhile they lose a ton of guys.
Nov. 12 @ Arkansas - W, 3 biggest threats on offense gone and the team will be angry for revenge
Nov. 19 South Alabama - W
Nov. 24 @ Texas A&M - W, we just matchup well with them and the talent gap will probably be even bigger next year.
Concerned about @UF, @Arkansas, @Auburn and of course Bama though

I think LSU either goes undefeated or drops one to Bama.
I am being very optimistic on next season, hopefully Harris is at 100%.
Aranda will give our defense a boost and Savion Smith will bring swag back to the defense.
The offense though..

Just a note, we aren't losing a lot to the NFL and transfers. We're losing a tackle and a cornerback (may not get drafted) and our punter. Allen left, which is a big blow. We're also getting Knight, a 5* RB, a good CB and a good DT through transfers though.

Wins:
Appy St
Ohio
USCe
TN Tech
UK
Mizzou
Vandy
We'll be the favorites but losable games:
VT
UF
UGA
A&M
Maybe a 1 in 3 chance:
Bama
I'll say probably 10-2, with a chance at 11-1.

That's not an entirely accurate picture of what happening. Ole Miss is losing a bunch of important players for sure, but injuries and Suspensions forced Ole Miss to find replacements for many of those positions this year. Ole Miss won't return a single OL in most of
the previews you read, but in practice, they're bringing back 30-40 starts on the OL.
Yeah we tried to say that last year and all you OM asses laughed it off. Don't turn around and try to sell that shite this year

You have no idea wtf you're talking about. But that is normal for this board. Treon will never start at QB for Florida again.

A realistic look when getting back 17-18 starters and bringing in the top class:
1) Wisconsin- W
-too much talent for wisky
2) JSU- W
- we aren't Auburn
3) MSU- W
- No Dak and in DV. Will be a romp
4) @ Aub - W
- Home team has dominated as of late, but I think we have too much returning
5) Mizzou- W
- LOL
6) @ UF- W
- will have a rook QB and they have been exposed. Streak goes to 4
7) Southern Miss- W
8) OM- W
- Losing too much, Les gets revenge
9) Gumps - L
- If we don't win here, the streak has a serious shot at reaching 10 in a few years. Won't predict a Tiger win until we beat them again though
10) @ Bert- W
Losing too much and my sheer presence will have the Hogs trembling with fear
11) USA- W
12) @ Aggie- W
- Had their program not come down with aids, I'd say they finally beat their old man. However with players leaving left and right LSU gets #6.
Going with 11-1. Hopefully Tenner and OM beat Bama and we'll be in Atlanta against the Vols. Losses to OM and Bert would not be totally shocking.

Well, according to all you geniuses State should just cancel the season. Last year we were told by Rant analysts that we lost everything but Dak and 4-8 was staring us in the face. Now, with 17 starters back but no Dak we are a total shiteshow that will go 3-9. This probably means we'll win 8-9 games again.

Does not compute. Put a loss to LSU and your numbers work out. Simple addition.
