Amari needs a manners class. You don't insult your host right before dinner. He is getting Oysters in his food whether he orders them are not.
Should have said it is crazy here so much going on. I am just looking forward to playing football.

You mean when they come down to go to Bourbon Street

I feel bad for the people who come to New Orleans and just visit the trench quarter and bourbon street. Don't get me wrong, I hope the trashy people stay in those areas but if you are a respectable person who enjoys great food and beautiful sights, get out and explore uptown and other areas.

If Michigan would take football as serious as they do murder.

New Orleans sinking into the Gulf of Mexico is the one sure positive result from global warming.

@Marq_Burnett: Worth noting that Amari Cooper said he doesn't like Bourbon Street because it "doesn't smell good."
Not the entire city of New Orleans.
Important distinction imo

Na they go down for concerts every now and then. I've got friends from BR and the north shore that hate New Orleans though, and will avoid it at all costs. They'll admit that, because they don't get into pissing matches on the Internet.

And the mystery is solved. All the New Orleanians can put away the torches and pitchforks.

I don't see Chicago in the top 30. This 'list' is a freaking joke.
The one I saw had NO second behind Detroit in per capita murder in 2013.

I don't live there but was born there, and I am tired of the bullshite on here about a city older and of more historic significance then the whole fricking state of Alabama. Mobile is the only historic city here and middle class white people are pouring out of here like it is Somalia. When my kids finish school we are gone to Baldwin County too. It is really sad.
Birmingham is bankrupt shite hold, Montgomery is worst and Huntsville is basically in Tennessee.

As a new Orleans native 99% of the city is a damn trashy cesspool. How anyone can claim otherwise is beyond me. Love my home state in general but damn.

It does smell.
That's because tourist muthafrickers come piss on our walls.
I worked for 15 years in the French Quarter. Sure, there was always a percentage of locals in the Quarter, but it was low.
On average, it was 90% tourists droppings or dumping their beers on the ground, pissing on our walls and vomiting their hurricanes. Every block has trash cans, and every bar has a bathroom. They are there for a reason.

Screw Amari Cooper. He doesn't like New Orleans. As a native New Orleanean, I will say that the feeling is mutual.
