A lot of this is overcompensation about Petrino's contract after being told over and over he didn't want to stay at UA by fans of other SEC schools. Cause and effect.
I do wish our fanbase would stop constantly starting threads about it, not to mention every minor recruit.

Bobby Petrino took a mediocre Arkansas SEC team, which LSU fans are on here telling us daily, and made them a Sugar BCS bowl team.

You did not miss anything. It's just jealousy on your part. We finished 3rd in the SEC and they finished 2nd. We finished a 3rd straight year with no SEC West Title. Losing to Arky is hard to swallow.
I forgot to add they kept us from a BCS bowl bid in the Sugar. We won alot of games this year, but lost 2 huge ones.

I agree. I thought Muschamp might be coming our way at one point. We were really fortunate to get Petrino when we did.
