Chris Webber. J Rose had to basically call him out for him to even show up at the Final Four last year. And in turn he made his highly publicized return, showing up minutes before tip off in front of a ton of cameras.

Cam spent less time in Auburn than at Florida, that might have something to do with it.

All of our basketball alumni are great representative of the University, and go to games as much as they can. Last spring at the sweet sixteen, and elite eight games I saw Chandler P, and Jo Noah.

Several of our football players in the NFL are currently enrolled. Sadly enough one of them got arrested lol.

I don't think Ed Stinson will be coming back to Bama. One of my Bama friends said he was blasting on Saban at the Senior Bowl. Something about Saban not caring about his players. I couldn't find anything about it - but if true - Welcome mat removed.

Granted, Broyles sort of screwed Johnson over. Interviewed him for the HC job despite having already given it to Ken Hatfield, and JJ found out afterwards and was stark raving mad. He's been pretty adamant for awhile that he's a Hurricane through and through, and even mentioned it specifically in the 30 For 30 'The U'.

Switzer is another one, but it's mostly because of the legacy he built at OU.

FWIW I thought it would be Cam but it isn't. He came back to classes as an NFL QB and talks about Auburn all the time.

I didn't. I thought he'd be an AU fan after the shite storm he went through. AU and the fans supported him through probably the most challenging life event he'll face (albeit probably for selfish reasons for most). That's got to leave a lasting impact on a person.

He left Auburn on pretty bad terms. Even stated that there are not many good people there.

Brandon Jacobs? He has videos up of him singing Toger Walk and tweets War Eagle. He just was buried on a depth chart. Loves AU though

Jake Scott, until recently. He and Dooley were on really poor terms. Finally returned to Sanford last year in part of being inducted into the CFB HOF.

Other than that, we tend to attract a lot of celebrity fans that didn't go to UGA (Brian McCann, Andre 3000, Samuel L Jackson, etc.). But I guess Kim Bassinger hasn't been seen around much? Can't think of any currently famous or out-there celebrities who aren't still connected to the University. I guess Terrell Davis isn't running around with a UGA banner or anything.

Stafford, Moreno, AJ all mention us or still come around Athens. Justin Houston, I guess, said some disparaging things about Richt a while back but it seems like he's still cool with UGA. I guess you don't really see Charles Johnson mention us a bunch.

Yeah, I was wrong about him in the past. Still don't like or appreciate the way he acted while at AU, but whatever.

Jacobs at the BCS MNC game.

Fran Tarkenton blew us off for a very long time.

Recently, though, he's come back into the fold.

lol cmon dude. the guy didn't play for Alabama. I didn't/dont follow him closely. Heard he transferred and word got out that he was critical(he was about a few things). Sorry for thinking that he had a bad attitude about Auburn.

That was the one that stood out to me.

Cant think of any from Alabama. Maybe Brooks daniels. He was a stud but left school abruptly. May have been related to the coaching mess that we had between Fran/Price/Shula.

Webber and UM were cool until they disassociated him from the program

he was a beast. the best 205 pound LB i've ever seen. he might have been Bama's all-time leading tackler had he stayed. But Brooks just went crazy. One of his teammates was sleeping with his girlfriend and i think may have even got her pregnant.

Will Wright inventor of the Sims came to LSU for a bit, but he left and doesn't give a shite about us.

Does Johnny Musso ever come back to the Capstone? He was like one of the biggest stars back in the early 1970's and is from Birmingham, but I don't ever recall any public support from him?
