Ingram

Have any other Heisman winners quit on their team against their biggest rival when needed the most.
Though it actually paved the way for a better football player to get on the field so maybe it was just an ultimate team sacrifice.

The one that has been to Atlanta more times than Ole Miss. Oh wait, that's both of them

Either the one who got a concussion when we played him on the opposite side of the ball as a stunt or the one who fell out of a window while high on synthetic marijuana.

Both were makeup winners for Johnny Musso. The Italian Stallion was robbed.

Interesting. I think Henry was the better player but Ingram probably did more for his team in the "carried his team on his back" sense. But if you aren't going to give it to Ingram that year, who? Toby Gehrhart? No. Ingram was the best I think that year. Henry was better than him...but I got news, he was the 3rd best player in college football last year at best. NO WAY can you give it to him over the guy that broke Barry Sanders all purpose yards record. Watson was also better than Henry. And it's not like that's good news for Auburn fans. The Henry Heisman was a travesty.

I must disagree with you Mr Duvall. Ingram had Richardson backing him up. Henry had injury prone Drake. Henry also lead the Nation in rushing, broke a 30 year SEC record, and had to carry the ball a bunch while Coker was still developing. I guess it depends on how you determine a Heisman winner. Without Henry Bama would've lost at least two games. Maybe more.

I'd say Emmons. He just hasn't done enough.

Richardson. Richardson was obviously the most overrated RB at Bama. Like J Russell he was a big bust in the NFL.
Like Russell, you still can't take away what he did at UA. To do so, is an insult. As a Saints fan, I'm hoping for big things from Ingram this year.
D Henry deserved the HT last year, and has looked well in the preseason. I still can't believe some of the things I saw TR do during his collegiate career.

Trent's pro career is a head scratcher for sure.
