Not injured, just slow and fat. Should have not been starting over CJ most of the year.

My mistake. It was in 2009 that he got hurt.

His comment was obviously in favor of you. I don't see how you could have possibly misinterpreted that.

Oh and you sounded overly dramatic with your word choice, which then made you sound stupid

You have been enlightened

Yeah, you're right....my mistake. I live in Bama and I'm used to being behind enemy lines, defending myself, etc. Thanks bro.

As talented as any D in the nation.. not as experienced. Could be the difference in a crucial game, unfortunately. Also could be the difference in a crucial game, fortunately.

When people realize that the scheme will do what its supposed to do Bama will still be the #1 defense in the SEC.

Bama will still be the ridiculous against the run like always. They will force a lot of teams behind the chains and do what they do on 3rd downs. Getting off the field on 3rd down is why Bama is always amongst the best in the country.

Its the same shite every yr. Bama loses talented players, but somehow ends up with the #1 defense.

Kind of true. He didn't take the knee brace off until the bowl game.

I have to admit that Flyin'Cajun has made me step back a little on this one.

Sure LSU fans, just like all of us, are homers. But this kind of vitriol from an LSU fan on this board is just out of place. Will this become the norm?

I think this has been the norm since before you were here.

Yes, for 2010, he was still hurt. He played, but hadn't fully recovered. It wasn't until very late in the year until he was even close to 100%.

This may be the first time in 7 years that the early Bama game works out in our favor.

Not predicting a win...yet

Don’t take this the wrong way as this has absolutely nothing to do with the football team you choose to support, but right out of the gate you just have been totally out of your league this entire thread. From your failure to recognize obvious sarcasm, to your inability to understand subsequent posts, to your apparent sensitivity, to your painful teenie bopper lol’s and other cliché language, I just think you should sit this one out and live to fight another day.

but it seems like the DB may be the weakness.

Those are the question marks for sure. I feel better about it than I did for 2010 though. We took the top 2 DB's out of Jr College last year and that should help shore up back there, those 2 being Belue and Dixon. I think they'll see the field a good bit. Sunseri will get alot of time. He has a good bit of experience now after filling in after Lowery got hurt last yr. Lester will be among the best at Safety next yr. He's no Barron, but he's always in position it seems. It won't be as good as last year, but I expect it to be top 5 this yr and the run defense should have little drop off.
