The best away game/gameday experience I've had is probably LSU last year.
Walked up to a tailgate to check the score of the Ole Miss UGA game on TV. First guy who talked to us was the owner of the tailgate and gave us free reign of the setup. Huge spread with great food (best fried catfish I've ever had) and let us drink all day. Then had seats right in front of an LSU season ticket section. Couldn't have had better fans behind us. Great conversation. We cheered when Bama did something and they did when LSU did - no cross words. The end of the game we all shook hands and talked about what a great game we just watched.

I don't think all Gumps are teabaggers. Some Gumps are quite nice, and inviting when you come upon their tailgates in T-town.

I made a thread to give some excitement to an accounting class at 10 in the morning and I was surprised by a decent turnout. A long time ago there would be threads on this site that essentially was an online bar night.
Anywho, I've always felt LSU played with swagger. Alabama seems like a business and comes off to boring a lot of the time. It is refreshing to see a team like LSU or Miami bring some swagger to Saturday nights.
