As I understand it transexual persons physically have the organs of both sexes and transgender is whether or not you personally identify with one gender or the other.
So, my question is- is the IOC allowing transexual or transgender athletes compete in the gender of their choice?

I don't remember. It doesn't really matter they all cover the same stuff. Princeton review has good ones.
Don't let the size of the book sike you out. Just chip away at it and you'll improve....

Hey buddy, take an ACT course and do the homework. If that is too expensive just buy the prep book, sit down for an hour a day, and do the homework.
I brought by English score from a 23 to a 32 doing that for 2 months. ...
