Mine is only two years old now. Can you believe I bought one from those Tiffin dudes? laughing
Actually, I got to meet the clan, stand up people.

A state park might be our only choice as it seems most of the private RV parks are closed until April 1st. State Parks are nice but when you have someone who has to bathe or shower twice a day whether at home, in a RV or on a deserted island, full hookups are a necessity.

I vote for Tannehill also, it has a very nice stream running through it and also Mt. Cheaha state park, no streams but is at tail end of the Appalacian Mountains and is very nice

Tannehill has a few sites with full hookups, so looking like a good possibility. Thanks for the info and link

Absolutely Beautiful place just above Little Rock

I think we have been there at least ten times, since as long ago as maybe 1963. Great place to get away.

Only RV park with a creek close to Lexington is Elkorn Creek. There is Camp Nelson on the KY river also. Its closer to Lexington.

There's several lakes in LA with RV parks.

Tim's Ford, near Winchester TN is a nice little park. There's not a small stream running through it, but fingers of the lake go around it. We stayed there a few days last spring when the tornadoes knocked out all of N. AL's power.
