Hey, looking for suggestions on a RV Park with a small creek flowing through it. We want to get away during Mardi Gras for about 10 days. We have stayed up near Fort Payne a couple of times (sorry, cannot remember the campground name). But, now we are looking for a new location to hang out from the crazies….lol. TIA

Little River Canyon is near Ft Payne.
Tannehill State Park off I59 between Tuscaloosa and Birmingham is really nice.

I know nothing about RV parks, but Little River Canyon and Mentone are gorgeous. Also, the mountains around Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain are great, and Chattanooga is a fun place to visit with a good bit to do.

The Smoky Mountains have a bunch of AWESOME RV parks with campsites on creeks.

WildcatMike....Kentucky Horse Park is my place to stay when in Lexington for the LSU games. Probably ranks in my top 5 RV parks. It was the first one I brought up to my wife when "she" decided to get away for Mardi Gras...but she wants a creek...women!!!

Also, it's a little bit more of a drive, but the Southwest corner of North Carolina and the Northeast Georgia Mountains are spectacular.

Other than no full hookups, it is top notch....just beautiful area
