A&M would have killed Texas every year since they ejected
I know this means a lot to you but it really doesn't to us
I know we kicked their arse in basketball this year, but do we play them in baseball this year? I can't recall if we let them on the schedule or not.

This seams like as good a place as any to ask some aggies what tcu's team is gonna look like next year. What I wanna know is what are they losing on offense? Is this gonna be another 50 ppg team? It's a big game for the hogs... If any of you are half frog the info is appreciated.
Patterson is a great coach, and their 3 Star army/Big 12 depth doesn't hurt them early in the season. And Arkansas never seems to have their ground and pound work at the beginning of the year while teams are still fresh.

A&M likely would have played in the national title game JFF's freshman year had they stayed in the Big 12.
There's so much wrong in this post.
A&M's defensive depth in 2012 was nonexistent. Literally nonexistent. Not a single starter was lost for more than a game due to injury. Frankly, it was incredible that this didn't happen. All you have to do to truly understand this was look at the scores throughout the season.
Florida - Allowed 20 points. Starters played the entire game.
SMU - Allowed 3 points. SMU was just terrible.
South Carolina State - Score was 49-7 at the half. Allowed 7 points in the 2nd half.
Arkansas - Starters stayed in until mid-4th quarter. Score was 58-10.
Ole Miss - Gave up 27 points, but starters were in the entire game.
Louisiana Tech - Gave up 57 points missing 2 starters due to suspension and 2 due to injury
LSU - Allowed 24 points. Starters in throughout.
Auburn - Pulled starters up 49-7. Gave up 14 more points.
Mississippi State - Starters came out 4th quarter up 31-6. Gave up another touchdown.
Alabama - Starters in throughout.
Sam Houston State - Pulled starters up 47-0 mid 3rd. Gave up 28 more points.
Missouri - Pulled starters up 42-0 mid 2nd. Gave up 29 points after that.
Oklahoma - Starters in throughout. Allowed 13 points.
The Sherman/Manziel points were already mentioned.
Want to know why the 2013 defense was so terrible?
The following 2012 starters either graduated or left for the NFL:
DE - Damontre Moore (NFL)
DT - Spencer Nealy (graduation)
LB - Sean Porter (graduation)
LB - Jonathan Stewart (graduation)
CB - Dustin Harris (graduation)
S - Steven Terrell (graduation)
Then starting NT Kirby Ennis was lost for the season during the Arkansas game.

Right on. If we get torched atleast it won't be by Kliff Fkn Kingsbury.

Well, here is my impression of how it's different.
Austin is an XGames and Motocross town now. They don't really mention college football very often. I guess the basketball team gets some support. Big12 basketball is now conference pride.
Houston is devoid of burnt orange. Completely off the map. Only call in to radio shows to bash Manziel. Otherwise they keep quiet about college sports while at work or in other public places. Other schools don't really bring up many sports related topics. Well, maybe Baylor still tried to talk shite.

Actually both schools fight song mention the other school.
Which one were you speaking of....Aggie War Hymn or texas fight?
The separation has been a good thing. Both sides seem to be getting along much better.
It is better that we don't play each other regularly, however texas comes to College Station on the 15th for baseball.

Not really imo but I'm open ears to why you think so.

We never fit in with the other Texas schools
Why do you think that is? A&M doesnt really "fit in" with any SEC teams either. Hence the constant heckling.

Texas Fight, Texas Fight,
And it's goodbye to A&M.
Texas Fight, Texas Fight,
And we'll put over one more win.
Texas Fight, Texas Fight,
For it's Texas that we love best.
Hail, Hail, The gang's all here,
And it's good-bye to all the rest!
Yea Orange! Yea White!
Yea Longhorns! Fight! Fight! Fight!
Texas Fight! Texas Fight,
Yea Texas Fight!

And it good-bye to all the rest!

You both mention each other, stop trying to acting like number of lines in a fight song really matters

Honestly I am surprised he knows the words to the Texas fight song. Most Longhorns just mumble their way through it.

While we're on that subject, don't forget that the tune for "texas fight" was adopted because it was a sped-up version of "Taps," which was what A&M sang a song called "Farmers Fight" to.
Their fight song's very existence is a dig at A&M

In real life but not real at all? Yeah that's quite the reach. The expansion pumped blood through the entire program and basically gave them a new life with players and fans. If A&M was still in the Big 12 they would be dying a very slow death. No offense.
