Defense is improved but not by much. Still can't stop the run.

Doesn't matter who coaches the defense. Most overpaid and overrated head coach in the country.

No.
He coaches in the SECw. Every coach in the SECw is overpaid when they don't win the conference championship.

It's a tough league and our 3 likely losses on the year are all playoff contenders.

Stop.

ETA: I DO agree when people say he is not the man for the job, but the overpaid shtick makes no sense to me.

Agree about the $400K! In Auburn math, that's an elite QB and a few role players

OM can still win the SEC, technically, but they are not a playoff contender.

Pretty well. Significant statistical improvement in less than a year.

Not really

how's that working out?

He's improved their defense. Time will tell if they can get the defensive studs he'll require to take their D to the top.

But for now, as an LSU fan, I'm telling you that it's time that you:

Fair enough, I think my overall point was valid in that someone every year is in the west is going to be vastly overpaid.

So in your honest opinion, does our defense look improved to you from last year or not?

ETA: The talking heads think we are improved. The online articles think we are improved. Posters outside the state of Louisiana think we are improved. I think your defense is improved. But on this site, we have somehow not improved at all... interesting.

All I know is if they lose their Super Bowl on November 28, their fanbase will take a decade to recover from 5 in a row.

People who post that shite should get 24 hour vacations from this site, and repeat offenses result in stacking penalties.

Would eliminate a lot of the trash posts from ALL fanbases.

Your point was valid, I was just pointing that out for our OM buddies.

OM's playoff chances are done, it's over.

Hey baw.....you can't put a price tag on 1.5 points per game and almost 6 total yards.

That's progress

I don't recall A&M's defense last year in detail, but I remember that they were awful. So sure, if y'all think it's improved, then I'm sure it is. But the stats don't really show that.

LSU fans should have to apply to post on the SECrant just like other boards. When we win, all the retarded posters who haven't been here the entire year decide to come over to post gay little troll threads that they think are hilarious.
