First game on campus after winning the Heisman trophy? Check.

First game of the season after the kid gets pounded in the media all summer? Check.

You may prefer the fans to turn their back on their hero, but that is not reality. They might get annoyed by some behavior, but unless he committed some heinous crime, most fans are going to support their guy through criticism.

Not difficult to understand if you look at it objectively.

When we moved to the SEC we were told "win at all cost, that is the SEC motto"

So yeah hes a spoiled douchebag, but hes a spoiled douchebag that led us to 11-2 in the first year of the SEC. Which is pretty damn impressive if you ask me.

Im pretty sure at least 7 or 8 other SEC coaches (possibly more) would take Manziel and all his drama if he continues to produce like he has.


Yeah hes put us fans in an awkward position but until he starts losing games or continues to get stupid 15 yard penalties (regardless if the game was already out of reach) will get to me.

So far before Saturday nothing he has done directly effected the result of a game. That taunting penalty had me shaking my head though. Giving 15 yards to a good team could be the difference in a W and a L in the SEC.

But im riding the wagon until hes no longer wearing an Aggie jersey.

Nahhhh far from a fan. I respect his attitude on the field but hey at the end of the day as long as we kick Bama a** I could care less if he even were a crack addict...
