Well, we don't have Willy mo so...there's hope right?? 
We just need average QB play this year. Average and I'll be happy. I'm so happy Weis is gone. I'm confident Pease will be better, better for our coolers too.

Currently I do... can't speak for everyone, but if things continue to return to some sense of sanity for Mizzou posters I'll tend to ease up on my hate... Few solid posters so far but in general easily derailed by "Yankee" and "Pop" arguments... more football related discussion will always keep me on board.

With Weis gone, the recruiting budget should drop by 20%... food bills alone.
Who is starting @ QB for UF this year? Haven't looked at the depth charts so far. What does WR/RB look like? Looked like you were thin there last year and I don't remember who you picked up in the way of recruits either.

That was a reference to the UG game last year. They completed two big time 4th down passes because our DBs decided that looking for the ball was unimportant. They were in position just not looking. Kind of a waste of effort. Should have just let them run free and saved their energy.

QB will be wide open with Brissett and Driskel fighting it out. The FR won't be in the mix and I think Tyler Murphy will be moved to WR.
RB - All world do nothing Mack Brown should fight for time with Mike Gillislee. We are also moving one defensive player to RB. Chris "Juice" Johnson.
Omarius Hines will get some looks at RB too. He's big enough but I don't think he has the wiggle to get it done. He may be moved there for depth for the spring game.
The FR should see some time too, 6'3" 225 Matt Jones. He may end up too big for RB like everyone is afraid will happen to life long Gator Derrick Henry.

I think sometimes when a Mizzou fan expresses the opinion that they don't think Mizzou will embarrass itself or that Mizzou will be competitive, it is taken as we believe we're going to win the East in year one. I'm not sure if I've seen any Mizzou fan say they think we'll win the East right off the bat, other than maybe when responding to just as ridiculous comments.

I guess it depends on what you mean by competitive.
You will face 3 top 20 defenses in the East along. UK can be hit or miss from year to year on D. Vandy has improved a lot.
UT's D you should be able to handle.
If you strength is your O and our strength is our D then those are kind of a wash except that our Defenses are better than the Big 12 defenses so I'm not sure.
I'll tell you what, let's just play the games and find out down the road.

Pitting our strengths against your strengths is what I hope will make for some entertaining games.

Confused. Derrick Henry thats committed to UGA for 2013? Sounds like QB and RB are definitely big question marks... Lot of room to move up but also potential to flounder a bit in Pease's first season. Dunno... I'm always leery of UF. Even when they're supposed to suck, they have a way of kicking us in the nuts.
How bad is the WR situation? I hear a lot of talk over how badly they need 2013 WRs... is it just a depth issue or is the position that bad right now?
