It's kind of an issue right now on benching Copeland. On one hand his intensity was missed, on the other driving the ball on the #1 team easily, then coughing it up on the goal line...you just can't do that to your team. Personally, I don't know man, I really don't.

True, he should have simply lowered his head and kept two hands on the ball rather than whiffing on a stiff arm, but it was still a good play by Tana Patrick.

I just don't think one fumble should mean completely benching a player even if it was on a crucial play. I know it is different, but you don't stop calling pass plays just because your QB throws a pick in the red zone.

You should keep it. In fact, you should give it to your starting QB next season.

That exact thing happened with Ben Malena against Florida last season.

I agree Lsu has killed itself this year and Mett has not been clutch at all. The defense has sucked and we're just an average team now.

Turnovers have been huge. The turnover margin is -4 for the season and -6 in the past 4 games. That won't win you too many big games.

It will be a high scoring, back and forth game until Miles shits the bed somehow and loses it at the end.

I'm actually looking forward to the LSU-A&M game in a big way.

I'd be lying to all if I said this wasn't the "big game" in my eyes.

I freaking love playing LSU. I love them and hate them at the same time. They are our long lost damn near twin brother.

Frick LSU.

LSU also has nothing to play for. I'm concerned about LSU's motivation for this game.

Aren't LSU and A&M in the same position as far as "things to play for"?

A&M still has a chance at a BCS game. I believe LSU is all but out of it at this point with 3 losses.

Then we find ourselves again in a spoiler role. I know things like pride, competitiveness and hating to lose are not motivators enough for college athletes so maybe "being a spoiler" will have to do.

A&M has several things to play for. BCS Bid. JFF revenge game. Half our defensive roster are players LSU passed on that are from Louisiana. A&M will be fired up, I wouldn't be surprised for them to bust out some special unis as well.

My biggest fear is JFF getting caught up in a sorority party the night before.
