I'll be honest here. Even though this is how I thought the season was going to go at the beginning, I'm pissed.
I don't see a team that is progressing through the season. I see regression. My only hope is that they finish the season strong; winning out the remaining games.

Rome wasn't built in a day. People don't give Sumlin enough credit for what he has done. When he came our brand was shite, our recruiting was shite. We were lucky to out recruit Texas Tech. You can beat teams like LSU, Auburn and Florida without talent.
Since he has gotten here we had one all flash recruiting class and then two solid ones. One more solid class and we have two deep top team level talent for the first time since the mid 90s.
I want to win more too, but the reality is we aren't in the SEC East and without a once in a lifetime talent (JFF) we don't win as much as we have.
Actually it is kinda a compliment when LSU fans bash us for not expecting more from Sumlin. The problem is expectations aren't enough, to actually turn into the much wanted LSU Rival our roster needs to be more talented than it is today no matter the coach. Those are the facts.
I don't think Sumlin is our Saban, but he sures smells like our Gerry DiNardo (aka the guy before THE guy who brings in the talent so THE guy can win early).

The only dumpster fire in the state is that mess up in Austin. Charlie still has some time to recover, but that recruiting class is outside of the top 50.
A&M has 3 good recruiting classes under its belt, but it is going to take time to compete in the SEC West.They don't even have a full 85 man roster. Next year will be the first year A&M will have their full allotment of scholarship players since they joined the SEC.
Bama, Auburn, and LSU have 5 deep great recruiting classes on campus.

Predicted at what point? Last year at this time you guys thought y'all were the best in America, maybe the prediction changed somewhere around the time LSU kicked yalls ads again and the fire in the dumpster was ignited
