This is purely a recruiting move. Actually has a very good player committed. Kennedy still gone after this season unless we see a major improvement. His buyout is chump change for Aggies.

Would he have success with a lawsuit alleging discrimination due to Parkinson's? I'm concerned that he's un-fireable no matter how shitty he is at his job due to his condition and we're now his hostage.

No extension = $900,000. Post extension ~ $3 million

The body of work (2 appearances in 17 years - 3 total if you include the 1 NIT appearance, but I know you're going to count the CBI abortion last season) CLEARLY supports this statement.
