I haven't been to a Iron Bowl in Auburn since 97 and it was pretty bad then.

I was 13 and got cussed out and shaker to the face after the game. And AU won.

Same here. Went to the 1995 and 1997 Iron Bowls in JHS. Everyone was great before the games. I was walking up the steps towards the portal heading to the concessions stands in 1995 when an older (and angry at the time) Auburn fan ripped my Alabama shaker out of my hand. After the 1997 Iron Bowl I saw a younger Auburn fan (probably a drunk student) shout down an elderly Alabama couple who was simply leaving the stadium. The guy said something to the effect of "12 national championships my A##!!! WDE"

Other than that, Auburn fans were OK.

It's always a mixed bag when I go to auburn. Last time I went (2011) I sat in the student section. Girl next to me shared her whiskey and her phone number with me. After the game I had a wire road resident come up to me, almost in tears, and tell me he hopes I enjoyed it because it would "be the last time y'all beat auburn for a long while"

This incident was completely unprovoked, the guy jogged up from behind me to exude his butthurt. The sky bar patrons were also quite unfriendly after the game, but I still got laid. So like anywhere, it's a mixed bag. I felt like the ladies were very friendly and the guys were very mad for the most part.

anyone can fabricate a story abt an experience at an opposing team's stadium. God knows how many of these threads get posted the entire season where X fan got picked on in Y stadium. i could give you the tale of what happened to me on my way down the ramps at BDS after the 2010 IB. if you got assaulted by all means get the 1 of 1000 cops that are standing on the concourse throughout the stadium.

Damn, you got a little bit mad at my comment. But you're right. If there's not evidence of it on the internet then it didn't happen.
