His poor family, I can't even imagine the pain of losing a child. I would rather die a painful death than those one of mine. It is very hard to understand the loss of an innocent little life.

Prayers sent for the little guy and also his grieving family. Any parent can tell you that loosing a child is the worst possible thing that could ever happen.
Someone else mentioned the shame it is that there aren't "cures" for diseases like this, especially for children. Alas, there are not...yet. There is a great charity in Memphis called St Judes Childrens research Hospital. Their only focus is on childhood cancer. NO child is EVER turned away regardless of thier ability to pay. I speak from personal experience. My younger sister was a patient there in the late 80's. Please consider helping these great people find ways to prevent tragedies such as this from ever occuring again.
I pray for God to comfort this family in thier time of need.

prayers for his family. Very classy of Saban and the players.
I had a friend pass away from Cancer a few years back and Saban was a class act to him as well. He got to go to practice and meet the players and Saban.
