If Phil had posted this there would be haters everywhere. It would get fifty downvotes. Morons on here would also not be able to figure out that it's not his opinion, but someone else's

Take Alabama out of the 5 spot and put Ole Miss in there and you are on to something.

Tennessee will not finish anywhere near the top of the SEC. If you pick them, you are a hick sister-screwer. Frickin' hillbillies . . .

I’m not sure about Ole Miss, a team returning its entire offensive line and the bulk of an elite defense, but the Rebels have just missed my ‘5 that survive’ category.

and then this...

in 2015, why not the Vols? They have a quarterback, a loaded roster of skill players and defensively Derek Barnett and Curt Maggitt are among the SEC’s best at getting after the passer.

Return everybody after a 9 win seasons(two end of the game losses to AU and LSU) but not sure. Return a QB, some skill players and two defensive lineman after a 7 win season...frick it, put them in there.

Oh wait, then let's add this:
quote:
There is the Butch Jones factor and his career ineptitude against nationally-ranked teams (yeah, he’s 1-16).

Screw logic, we're putting them in there.

Nothing but click bait. 34-3 V,B

This. All of this.

Let's be honest here, Richt has had our number for a long time. Once is enough --- hopefully if we make it Mizzou somehow wins the East!

Go ahead and remove all SEC East teams until someone other than Missouri wins the division.

Well yeah? It's because Phil is a shitty poster and a shitty troll.

Well, I tend to agree with you. All I can say is that they play in the SEC's Calcutta division. You have to get to the game to win it. That's the only way it could make sense to omit the fighting Mannings in favor of the fighting better, orange Manning.

Pretty much. The only thing SDS was good for was keeping track of the Fulmer Cup.

I'm not advocating for inclusion of the Rebals in the list. I was more or less stumping the have the VOLS removed, since they're shitty.

Fair enough. They just seemed, to my mind, to be the logical "sixth" choice given that State lost a ton.

If anything, Missouri is the logical choice since they've won the East two seasons in a row

Dude, we were 9-3 in the regular season with wins over the top 2 West teams and last minute/second losses to AU and LSU. We had turnover at one position(QB, which everyone has said "Ole Miss can't win with Bo"...up until he left...now it's "Ole Miss can't win without Bo").

Regardless of West/East, it's laughable as a writer to include Tennessee over Ole Miss. We showed we could beat anyone in the SEC last year and return the same team. You thought our defense was good last year? Hahaha, I can't wait for everyone to watch this years defense.

Only one team in the history of sports has gone 0-4 in title games/finals series and then won a title...and you're not the Denver Broncos.

Please, nothing about Missouri's "success" could be described as logical. They took advantage of back-to-back bed-shittings by South Carolina and Georgia.
