Auburn plays
San Jose, La Tech, Kansas St, & Samford..
you are really pointing out other schools?
really?
combined went 26-24, without Samford's FCS record of 8-5 it look worse?

Uh..Southern Miss and MSU used to play every year. Back in the Brett Favre days and before then. Until the last couple of years they could have beaten many BCS teams, especially in other conferences. Your point?

Bama fans have to get pretty bored from year to year with their schedule. I only watched a couple of Bama games myself all year last year.

youve played So Miss 27 times, just about as much as many of the other SEC schools that played them in the 70's and 80's

They are a perennial weak team from a weak conference. Dont try to act like the are some elite team

Yeah, but then look at AUs sec schedule. One of the toughest in the league just like always son.

They are from a weak league, however before falling into obscurity they were as good as many BCS teams in the land, making them a solid ooc opponent.

both florida and bama aren't too bad with west Virginia and FSU respectively but A&M SHOULD BE ASHAMED. this is only the 3rd year I have known the aggies non conference games but they have (or will play) 100% pussies in that time frame; 12 lousy games. vanderbuilt, msu , Kentucky I can understand but the aggies are PATHETIC. I really suffer from post cognitive dissonance regarding letting them in the SEC. first we actually lose money by letting them in and now they won't play anybody.

I only want to see one more BCS level matchup each year.
Basically a tier system in OOC scheduling. One major program, one from a lower BCS league. Then your normal Sun Belt, C-USA, etc for the remainder.

you can't be this stupid, can you? Old...I'm sure...ignorant...probably..........but just plain stupid.........apparently.
An Aggie must have pulled one over on you something good...

I can understand Vandy and State to some extent but Bama, A&M and Florida need to step it up.

USM for playing a Heavy Weight.
You're basically paying them a million to be a sacrificial lamb. And if you don't make it as painful as possible for them, I'll be mad.

What is wrong with our schedule? What is the difference between the UF OOC schedule and Auburn or LSU?

....and FWIW both Rice and SMU went to bowls last year. Not saying that is somehting to hang your hat on, but we could have scheduled 2 others that didn't...

FSU is a permanent rival so that's not really y'all going out and looking for a touch OOC opponent. Schedule someone like Oklahoma, USC or Texas.

Easy for you to say, that would be suicide. Curious, how many SEC schools do you think schedule more than one BCS opponent on a regular basis?

Not much at all. Most SEC teams follow the same format most years - one OOC that could be legit (of course that is subject to change since these schedules are done a few years in advance) and three teams (usually non-BCS or tradition BCS conference bottom dwellers) that should be 21+ underdogs.

A&M added Arizona State for 15 & 16....UCLA in 16 & 17. This shite doesn't happen over night, bud. We had a 10 year deal with Arky before realignment. That was one OOC game that became an in conference game....but it's easy I guess for you to pop off without intelligence.
