I do hate when the crowd gets involved and does a "black out"...the last one backfired on us in a seriously embarrassing way.
Ironically, it was against a Spurrier coached Florida team.

It wasn't an "official" blackout. The one against Florida was the last one that the was actually promoted by the University.
Even so, it backfired as well.

I think he's suggesting that we're 2-1 in the black unis. And don't recall Richt saying "anymore" or "never" in relation to them. But, no, we have not worn them since 2008.
