I hope it happens for UT. Outside of Bama, no team in the SEC has had as much success.

You say this like UGA and UF are just sitting around doing nothing. UT recruiting well isn't happening in a vacuum.

I know that. That's why I said "as talented or more talented".

UGA and UF are always going to recruit well but UT has definitely been closing the gap and should, at the very least, be back on a level playing field talent wise with those two teams by next season.

VOLS will most likely be the most talented team in the East in 2015

This is what you said originally.

UT will not be more talented than UF or UGA next season. Two good classes =/= four good classes. The amount of roster turnover doesn't mean UT is all of a sudden loaded. There are a lot of guys in those classes that weren't that highly recruited. Some of those guys will likely end up being good players, but that's true everywhere.

Holy shite. That's why Butch will get 4 yrs, at the very least. Unless he really chokes in 15, but yeah, i didn't realize the numbers were that bad.

It really is amazing. The numbers are just drawjopping but they're probably the best way to show what's happened and how badly Dooley recruited and how he couldn't keep those he did recruit.

By "return to prominence" do you mean actually win 6 games?

Not one second of football played in the SEC and you're already considering yourself as a terrible team...

BUT... wait until next year

At least we haven't fallen to the level of LSU in the 90s.

Actually you've fallen below that. At least they had some decent moments among the bad ones. Tennessee just ran the bus off the cliff.

I know bammers aren't the brightest, so I really hope you're joking.

First, 1989 is not part of the 1990s. Second, you conviently left off LSU's better seasons in the late 90s. You do want to go down this road. You'll be wrong.

I'm just comparing down periods. I also left off a couple 3 and 4 win seasons.
